Dr. David Cheesman is a board-certified osteopathic physician whose career spans several decades of clinical practice in Florida. He earned his Doctor of Osteopathy from the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine and brings more than 30 years of experience in regenerative medicine to every patient he serves.
As an osteopathic physician, Dr. Cheesman was trained to see the body as an interconnected whole — a philosophy that shapes how care is delivered here. Rather than looking at a joint or a symptom in isolation, he evaluates each patient's full picture: mobility, metabolic health, lifestyle and goals.
That evaluation is the product. There is no protocol a patient is sorted into. Dr. Cheesman personally leads clinical delivery, overseeing every care plan and ensuring each patient receives the attention of an experienced physician from the first conversation through the final follow-up.

What is regenerative medicine?
Regenerative medicine is an area of practice that works with the body's own biological systems rather than focusing only on suppressing pain signals. The therapies used here are generally considered investigational and are not FDA approved to treat, cure, mitigate or prevent any disease or condition.
Do you really come to my house?
Yes. Consultations and follow-up visits are brought to patients across Orlando, Melbourne, Lakeland, Plant City and surrounding Central Florida. Patients who prefer it can be seen at the downtown Orlando office instead.
Do I need a referral?
No referral is required. Most patients start with the free 15-minute phone call. If you would like your primary care provider involved, that is encouraged and easy to arrange.
What does it cost?
The initial phone consultation is free. The in-home physician evaluation is $99 and is credited toward a care plan if you move forward. Care plans vary by scope and are quoted in writing after the evaluation, with third-party financing available for patients who want it.
Is this covered by insurance?
This is a cash-pay practice. Care plans are not billed to insurance, which is also what allows the physician time per patient that insurance-based scheduling does not.
Who actually sees me?
Dr. Cheesman personally leads clinical delivery and oversees every care plan. He works alongside a small licensed clinical team, and he remains the physician directing your care from evaluation through completion.
